I walked into the store to get my mother a Christmas present. A nice woman name Haley Open to the rope for me to enter, and then walked me through, and showed me products that I completely looked past. Overall 10 out of 10 experience. She was amazing, and I love my purchases!

They were very careful to allow only certain number of customers into the store at a time and gave individualized care with no pressure to purchase and did not rush you as you looked.

My experience at this location was efficient, friendly and the employee really listened to what I was looking for and was able to find the perfect gift for my needs.

I went twice to return something I bought online and the salesperson were extremely helpful and so nice. Best customer service I’ve had.

I got the wrong order so I decided to call some of the nearest stores near me but most of the ate out of stock of my right size. However, I called the location at the Pandora Wiregrass and luckily they have my size. It was 2 hrs drive away from my hometown though, but I'm still happy I got to exchange it. The stuffs are so friendly and they even reserved my ring size when I told them that I will visit their store the next day after I called.
