Customer service was stellar!

My sales associate was so inviting. Very knowledgeable. Listened to my style. Only brought selections close to what I intended to have my bracelet look like. Allison was just as excited about my purchase as I was.

The atmosphere was relaxed, not that many people in the store ,so I did not feel rushed to make a selection. The girl (Karina) who assisted was very sweet and patient. I tried many earrings before making my selection and she was very kind.

Everything worked out how I wanted. Waited a little bit for help

Al llegar a la tienda rápido me dieron la bienvenida. Fueron muy amables al indicarme que pronto me estarían ayudando, pues habían dos empleadas y ambas estaban con clientes. Una vez llegó mi turno pidieron disculpas por la demora la cual no fue más de 5min de espera. Fueron muy amables.
