La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos asesoró muy bien. Se veía que tenía conocimiento de todos los productos.

I was looking for getting my bracelet cleaned but was told that because of the holidays you were not doing that but I could buy a cleaning kit. Then I was also looking for a new bracelet . the girl that helped me was very friendly and helped me with that. By the time I left the store I left with a new bracelet and 3 charms. Very happy with what I got.

The store was very clean and organized which helped me get in and out with exactly what i was looking for. the associates were very kind and although covid restrictions caused a long like out of the store the line moved fast.

Karin’s G. My Slsprsn was very helpful, not pushy and patient as I looked at different charms. She also was insightful recommending charms that she felt I would like or fit my personality.

Overall experience was great sales person was unbelievable

They had the things my daughter was looking for. Some of the things were on sale. The associate asked her manager about items we saw on sale on line that she didn’t know was on sale so we got the sale price.

Sofia was highly professional and super friendly! She tended to our needs in a quick and efficient manner!

We had a lovely experience with Sofia. She was so awesome and I loved her Christmas spirit and energy. She assisted my daughter with selecting her Disney charms all while entertaining my other daughter (talk about multitasking!) they ended up being best friends by the end of the sale. We all left with a smile on our faces. Thank you ladies ❤️
