When returning to clear a mistake with sales employee. Customer was asked to pay for the difference in charms. The employee made the mistake of charging the incorrect charm the previous change. No apology was given. Employee only concerned about store inventory, not the fact that the customer would now not have warranty for the purchased charm.

my card was declined.i used another card. payment went through with original card,i paid twice for my merchandise $642.00.spoke with manager josie. she has no record of payment. says she's "having trouble with chip reader". i have a huge bill. one from the card that was declined! & one from the the card i used in place of the declined card. i wonder if this is some kind of scam pandora is running! i was a frequent big spender @ your store. no more. i am looking into legal action.
