Returns during covid pandemic are horrible merchandise not big enough for adult ears. Cant return brand new with receipt merchandise after calling and was told we could. Stuck with 150.00 worth of jewelry that is too small. Bracelet too big all with tags sealed bags with felt bags and receipt.

I visited the store to exchange a charm which was a Christmas gift from my son and daughter-in-law. They were unaware that I already had the charm. I was treated like a common criminal by the sales associate upon entry and explanation of the exchange. She asked very accusatory questions implying the charm wasn't authentic or perhaps stolen, i.e. "where did I get it", "can I see the charm on your bracelet that is identical", I was asked twice why I was exchanging. She first went to the back of the store leaving me standing there, then asked the obscence questions before finally asking if I had proof of purchase. Only after this exchange did she ask me to come to the front at the register and looked up the purchase using my sons information. She was very rude, not helpful and completely insulted me as an honest and frequent customer of your merchandise. My son and daughter-in-law are both Veterans and also purchase a lot of your merchandise. This salesperson was a very poor reflection of your company and no one should be treated as I was on this day. I have been left with a very bad perception and hope that you will seek a remedy to my satisfaction.

I purchased a rose gold ring with black Friday 35% off deal online, received in mail last week as a Christmas present for my daughter. I took my daughter to the store in wiregrass to get her finger sized when then she liked the same ring I had purchased but have no idea however she liked the silver one not the rose gold so when I got the Sales associate to myself I stated I will be in to exchange the ring as one I purchased is too small. Later that evening I went to same store brought my never worn ring less than a few days old to try and exchange it for the silver one but was unable to get the 35% off and even just asked for even exchange as was willing to take the loss as my ring was $100 but purchased for $65 with 35% discount and no sale going on so silver ring was $75. I am not a happy customer as I spend a great amount of money with Pandora & at that store I walked out upset with only an exchange in size but with rose gold ring vs. Silver as was not willing to pay the extra $10 as its the principal now.

Staff is pretending she is so busy(even there is no line outside). She is very reluctant to show the stuff. The way she is behaving look like I am not paying & she is the one who gives me free.i never got to that shop in future.

Longtime customer..Bought nine items for 49th anniversary on Tues 11/10. Wife opened packages this morning and unfortunately I bought a couple duduplicates. NEVER taken out of box. Wife went to store to return items and pick something else out. Salesperson who sold items to me, Haley, took items in back and came out 5 minutes later saying that they had been worn and were scratched and they could not take back. Wife went nuts and came and got me from car. Some of items they gave me were taken out of displays. My wife never touched then after she showed me the duplicates. Haley accused us of lying. (I AM SO MAD) Manger Janice agreed and when I went ballistic they decided to give us our money back. Well come to find out Janice could not find ring on original receipt. they did credit and when I got home 15 minutes ago I checked receipts. Well I bought nine items and only seven were on the original receipt. The ring and a circular holder for necklace was also not on receipt. I suspect foul play, especially after Haley went in back for 5 minutes.

in three days the 4 rings I bought lost their color and nothing was done by the seller. I'm very disappointed.

The sales associate did not want to help me and was rude. I asked to see earrings and she pulled out the catalog. I asked to see them in person and she seemed annoyed.

I wasn't satisfied with my visit to this store, because they had over 5 customers in the store and only 2 associate's working. There were charms I wanted and they didn't have some available. The associate wasn't very friendly either.
