I was told on Monday 14th that the promotional bracelets were finished and an rain checks. My purchase would have been more than $400 to qualify. I called customer support and was on hold for 10mins. And spoke to no one. Poor service at corporate level and store level not having information to avoid me wasting time. I returned two days later to purchase items for my daughter..again the manager had to improvise to accommodate my purchase.

I came into the store and I spent $663.40 the sales associate charged my card wrong and had to do a return and repurchase and she stated “Ugh now its going to mess up my sales because Im going to have a $600 return on my sales”. I was beyond mad. I almost had her do the return and just not repurchased the items. I find it highly unprofessional to make a comment like that when they charged the wrong card. The verophone picked up my card from my phone without me even touching my phone. I have spent over $1200 in less than 2 weeks and both with Allison and now after that comment that she has made I will never spend another dime in that store again. Allison has lost my business from the Wiregrass Wesley Chapel location.

Went in to buy charms for mothers day with my 9 year old stepson. Learned of the promotional free bangle with $125 purchase; however, the bangle only comes in three sizes, with the largest falling short of the largest snake chain bracelet or bolo snake chain bracelet. My fiance wears the largest bracelet (which is over 9 inches), but that as not an option for the promotion. I asked the store if it could be switched out even if I had to pay a difference in price, and after 20 mins of them on the phone I was told no. I feel this is very unreasonable and unfair to women who need the larger size. After spending $1000s of dollars over the years I truly feel I will no longer shop at Pandora. It was just a very disappointing experience and my 9 year old stepson characterized it best, "I am very sad they didn't have it in mom's size, that's not right." Considering the promotions that normally run, and the fact the majority of the profits are made on charms, swapping the bracelet for one that would fit her did not seem unreasonable. Now we are left with a bangle that will not be used. Disappointed, sad, and frustrated all sum up this experience.

Pretty crappy i had to return a charm my daughter sent me, and because i didn't have a receipt they only gave me 35 instead the 55. They told me they could only give me the lowest price as if it was on sale. BS

I arrived to the store late to exchange a charm that I had received for my birthday. When I opened the door to push my infants stroller in, the lady YELLED at me “ WE’RE CLOSED!” They were helping customers and there were NO signs to show what time they closed. She was very rude!! Bad way to end my birthday!!

Me and my mother were the only ones in the store. At first the sales associate was nice, but when we asked to see things she would not pull the tray out i had to ask. She kept leaving to help someone else if they walked in, even though there were other workers. Every time we asked to see a charm or ring she kept saying they were out of stock. When I asked to see the tray, I discovered she lied because I seen the one(s) I was asking for.

Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this location (The Shops at Wiregrass). I understand post holiday retail, but this was horrible. Very different from the last experience we had at this location. Not only was the store practically bare, the charm I purchased was wrapped in tissue, put into a cheap box/bag, and stuck into a Pandora bag. Had this been a gift, I would've been extremely embarrassed at the packaging of the item. At one point, I even asked if the location was closing, because there was such a lack of merchandise. The charm I purchased was from a new collection, yet it appeared as though I was given the display. Despite the locality and closeness of this location to my home, I will not be returning.

The clerk was friendly but I felt rushed. I would have purchased more than one item but she wasn’t offering many suggestions outside of what I came to purchase. Thank felt like she wanted to make a sale and move me on.

Stood in line for about 30 minutes to get waited on, which I expected so that was no problem,,sales associate took my purchase to counter and was told they would call my name for me to pay..waited for about 30 minutes and was never called so after seeing customers being called that were way after I was there get their purchase, pay and leave. Never did call my name so finally went up to counter and gave my name and then they proceeded to take my payment. Only one computer working cannot understand why at this busy time you didn't have some portable stations set up..will shop on line next time
