You didn't have what I wanted. I settled for something else. What you had wasn't exactly what I wanted. I wanted a house that dangled and didn't say anything on the inside. A house/cottage to represent the new house we just bought in Fla. You gad two houses, neither was right.

No one greeted us when we walked in, we felt ignored for most of the time we were there. They had a sign in sheet but was not clear nor did anyone tell us we had to sign in. Once we were helped our sales rep was great.

The stores procedures for making purchases is very archaic, slow and redundant. Take a look at the apple stire mode and PLEASE making changes. Instead of giving your name to a greeter, then waiting to be called to meet up with a sales clerk, then waiting in lime to check out, consider having the sales clean handle check out with an iPad. Also open up the show room so shoppers can look at items instead of being referred to catalogs by staff, since you can do that online!

The sales associate had a negative attitude and wouldn't give me a better solution to the problem. I left really upset and Angry.

Went to store in Dallas. Daughter found charms she liked. Sales person told me about free bracelet offer. Didn't want to buy that day NC Daughter was with me. Wanted to surprise her for Christmas gift. Came home to Tampa. Went into store to purchase gifts. Charms on display were different than ones in Dallas and different than set online. I asked if they were interchangeable. She said no. I settled on 3 charms and asked about the free bracelet. She said they were sold out. But I can order online and have the bracelet shipped to me. Made no sense. Sales person or her manager seemed to make up rules as they went. I was frustrated and bought 3 charms and left. If my daughter wasn't so excited about the charms I wouldn't have bought anything from them. The charms were the Aladdin collection.

The employee wasn’t very friendly and made it feel like she was in a rush for me to leave and not that focused with the customer
