I paid for the prince charm and it tuned colors they cleaned the entire bracelet but the crown was still turned .i left the bracelet overnight to return and the crown was still the same.sale person cleaned again to no avail and asked me where I keep my bracelet I said jewelry box so she said keep it in a baggie did not resolve the issue was not happy

It was fine. I was just there to get one thing quickly and there were only 2 SAs who both were with customers. I just had to wait a bit to get service. Not the SAs fault...they were very nice :)

Because the manager in turn Allison was direful, making me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassing the sale associate that was so willingly helping me. Alison made me feel like a 2nd class citizen. She is not be an supervisor should be reprimand it and send back to training.

The items I wanted was out of stock and there was no substitutions for it replacement or suggestions except try again on Mother’s Day. I found that insulting.

I went to 2 Pandoras yesterday. My less than great experience was at Tampa International. I don’t think it was the stores fault as they had 5 call outs however I bought a set and the associate had a hard time closing it. When I took it to the car I struggled with the same thing so I knew it was defective. I used my 20% coupon you sent me so I went to Wesley Chapel in hopes of exchanging it. At Wesley chapel they had no sets to exchange it so I lost my 20% and refunded it. I did end up buying a few new charms from the sale but I needed a new bracelet. I’m sad that I experienced a defective item new from a store. The associates were all great at both locations.

The sales person could not find my account and I’ve bought thousands of dollars of charms from this location and others. She just didn’t care

We had a party of 3. Was advised last minute only 2 at a time can come inside store. The next party was 5 and all aloud to come in at the same time. Not happy, such a discrimination. When I question sales Rep she ignore the question. Should be fair to everyone.

I went to the store to pick up a birthday gift while on a break from work. There was only one associate working with 2 customers as per your guidelines. The customers would not stop talking to the associate and ended up checking out THREE separate times while I stood outside the store in the FL heat for 25 minutes waiting to make my purchase. I understand reduced staffing is necessary during these times but I also think it is bad business to only have one employee staffed at a time. If something were to happen, I don’t believe, for the safety of your employee, it is smart only staffing one person. Also, you lost business; as others customers came up and asked me how long I had been waiting and left after I told them. I would have completed my transaction on line and picked up in store but I was purchasing a ring and needed to confirm proper size by trying on myself prior to purchase to avoid any return.
