The sales associate seemed new and inexperience. He was nice and professional, but did not make me aware of ways to get the most for my budget. Tried to make the big sale.

Didn't have many size options left for the mickey mouse bracelet, but I do know this is not the stores fault. Overall great experience. I will be returning.

I was satisfied. The ring my fiance bought me is absolutely beautiful. My girlfriend had a ring from Pandora and that is why I went. I love the wiregrass mall location it's perfect.

I love pandora however, what needs to be improved is the stock size on items... it’s either a hit or miss with merchandise.

I asked to get my bracelet cleaned and so an associate told me it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I went shopping around and came well after 20 minutes so I wouldn't have to wait and I would be sure my bracelet was clean by then. I waited for like 7 minutes in the store I got my bracelet.

On the ring display, there were two small rings together on one tag for $115. When I went to purchase those rings I was told that that was the wrong price and they would not honor the price that they had placed on those rings. The manager at the time even said that she could not override any of the regular prices. No apology was given and I left the store very upset.

Because I saw a ring which was labeled as 65 and the employee said it is 80 ,which got me upset !

When I walked into the store there was only 1 associate working. He was taking care of someone and there was already a couple waiting, then I walked in. By the way, it was a Friday afternoon. Otherwise, when an associate did help me it went pretty smoothly.
