They did not have my ring size. I then proceeded to order it and when I picked it up a couple of weeks later they still gave me the wrong size so I had to come back.

I was given a lovely bracelet for Valentines that I felt was too small for my wrist. When I brought it in the employee stated that the one I had was the right size. I tried on a larger size and she was like "oh no that's entirely to big". I however felt that it fit better. It was almost like she was trying to talk me out of getting the larger size. They should not argue with the customers preference even if they strongly suggest another size. I just felt it was too restrictive to put on and it did not have any give. See I still feel like I have to justify why I wanted a better fit.

I was I the neighborhood and decided to stop by the store and I am glad that I did. Anew shipment of items for Valentine had come in and I purchased two of the new them, a beautiful arrow ring and arrow earrings. As usual associate Janet was very helpful in rembering what I like. I plan on returning for more items in this collection.

Sales associates method of locating prices for each charm required looking in book which is time consuming and tedious this process should be streamlined.

I was happy with the merchandise I bought, it just seemed like maybe the associate that helped me was still training because she didn't seem like she really knew where some of the stuff I was looking for was. She was very nice and friendly though.

I just want to say that Marymar (the associate who helped us) was incredible. She was very sweet and helped us as much as she could. The only reason we weren't satisfied overall is because we had about twelve charms and clips in mind that we were looking to get. They didn't have most of them. We still got six of them but we were disappointed that after being closed for months to revamp, they still had a small selection. I tried to order online and they only had three of the remaining six charms. I ordered them and then called around to other stores for the remaining three. It would have been nice to just get them all at once..
