Receive a ring from grandson for Mother’s Day not told you couldn’t wear ring in pool. Ring turn black brought into store manager was rude at first then tried to clean it told me to come back another day to run thru a machine.

Because of CV19:was not able to go inside the store. So I can not comment on the specifics of inside the store. Alisha the sales person was very accommodating and went out of her way to process the exchange which was a Mother’s Day gift for my wife. I did not give a highly satisfied rating based on the various question categories in the survey. My wife has quite a collection of Pandora jewelry and I enjoy buying items for her.

Some of the charms i want are not available and a chair need to be provided in the store because some of us bring our partner and they need to sit down while we shop.

I had a satisfied purchase through pandora. However the store was very crowded and busy. The sales team had a list for your name to go down, which was a good idea because you were helped in order of coming in. But a lot of people were looking in the display cases so some cases were blocked and couldn’t browse all the merchandise while waiting.

Only one assistant on duty so had to wait a bit and did find it a bit difficult to get into store as my daughter in a wheelchair
