When looking for rings, my partner and I found matching rings that we loved. However, the correct sizes of these rings were not in stock, and we were forced to settle for another style that we did not love as much. In addition, we were informed that the coating will rub off with time, which is not acceptable given the price we paid.

There wasn’t a huge selection of charms. The charm that I was looking for was not there. I wish there was more of a holiday selection.

This was my first time going to this store. I was really spectacle about this store. But when I went to make my first purchase the treatment that I received salesperson it was really professional, also it made me feel really comfortable.

Some of the items I wanted were not in stock. The sales associate I had that day compared to all the times before did not seem like she wanted to be there and was quiet and did not make any suggestions. I usually go in and spend between $500-$800 at a time and I did not really enjoy my experience this time.

I wanted a Philadelphia Eagles charm, which they don’t carry in the store & I can’t find it online either. Also I wanted a skull charm but the one in the store was so small, you couldn’t really tell it was a skull
