Great customer service. Only hesitation was regarding the cost of the item I purchased. Stoppers are needed in a set and yet I paid for the item individually. Wow!

I was not highly satisfied because my total was a lot higher than what the sales agent and I discussed. My last charm was said to be $65 but was $80. However I was already in love with the charm I just completed the service and did not bring the charm back after examining the receipt. It just would have been nice if the agent said the last charm price was quoted incorrectly. Otherwise, her service was great.
