Website says store opens at 11am but it does not open til noon. This was second visit. The first I questioned the size of the bracelet with charms and girl assured me size was correct. It was not. Very tight with charms added. This is a second bracelet for my to spread out my charms

You are running a promotion for a bag if you spend $125 I spent 157.50. I received notice of promo Saturday went on Sunday and was told initially you did not get then I was told you ran out. In did you run out the quick, so this tells me your promos really aren't worth much

I received email 28th went on 29th and was told at first they didn’t get any then she changed her answer to they sold out of them already. Either way less than 24 hours you had none. Either super busy store or not enough. Disappointed grads all
