I purchased 3 charms on line and found out one of them someone had bought me a gift. There was a little bit of an issue because they could not locate the online transaction. I was able to pull it up on my phone and then everything went very smooth. I will be back since I plan to purchase a bracelet and a couple of charms for a gift. The person who helped me with the exchange was very nice and also showed me some options for a child's bracelet.

The employees were not that friendly and didn’t really know much and it felt like they wanted me out of the store didn’t, didn’t feel comfortable shopping at the location

It was very busy, but the associates did not great customers until they had been in the store for a few minutes. There was a sign in sheet rather than having an associate there to take names. Store very small and very crowded, needed associate for flow of customers.

I understand there’s health concern with the pandemic, but it is florida , and it was scorching hot, and having to wait outside in line for almost an hour in the hot sun was not very good.
