Emily H was great! I needed help picking out a gift and she helped me so much! She was very nice and friendly and made my experience fantastic!

Everything was very easy the associated knew exactly what charms I was looking for and also showed me others that were nicer and I ended up going with one of those.

My husband took me to get me charms for my birthday. We first went to the Pandora at the International Mall in Tampa, FL. We were totally ignored by the sales associates there and couldn’t get any help. Which is unfortunate as we walked in knowing we were going to spend money making purchases! Very unfortunate as that location has a lot of traffic from all over the world. We then came closer to home to the Wiregrass mall in Wesley Chapel, FL. We were welcomed with open arms and the sales girl was SO nice, helpful and wonderful!!!! I will always and only go back to this location! I’m sorry I don’t remember her name because she deserves a huge shout out for her exceptional service!!!

the overall experience was a delightful experience. A large selection to choice from and a knowledgeable staff makes it a pleasure to walk into pandora.

They had a very good sake I found was I wanted, a bit pricey, I was very satisfied. I will definitely go back. We had awesome service. I love the different options.
