I have been to a few Pandora stores and since I've been to this particular one, it's the only place I go to make a purchase. I travel from Lakeland to this store because everyone is very friendly. Each person I speak to had knowledge of all of the products, old and new. They have tons of patience and I get the best customer service experience. I always leaving happy and satisfied with my purchase, which why I keep coming back. I was at Disney Springs a few weeks ago and walked into the Pandora store. I walked in to find a group of ladies who worked there who were chit chatting by the entrance. I tried to go around them to see a few items and they just wouldn't move. They were gossiping away. I liked around thinking about purchasing a charm and was helped by a very nice lady. But she had no knowledge of the new Valentine's collection or any of the other items I asked about. I decided again to just visit my favorite Wesley Chapel store even if it was further away. I miffed to Lakeland two years ago, but I would rather go there to make my purchases. That is how highly satisfied I am with my experience at the Wesley Chapel Pandora store.

Kathleen was pleasant , very knowledgeable , and showed us her bracelets . She also rearranged my wife's bracelet and cleaned it . She gave us a knew book and a tool for opening clasp .

We went to the store to buy a ring for my daughter, as one of her birthday presents. We had the pleasure to meet and be helped by Stephanie, a sale associate from Puerto Rico. She has a great sense of fashion and style and showed us different rings. She knows the merchandise and she genuinely likes the merchandise. My daughter loves her new ring and told me that it was the present she liked it the most. And, that she enjoyed her visit to the store specially because of Stephanie. I have been in different jewelry stores but the sales associates are as cold as ice. But, Stephanie is special. She is one of a kind. She likes what she is selling, she knows what she is selling, she is very helpful, caring and friendly that she is mostly the reason why we will come back to the store. Great experience at the store.
