Went to purchase a gift for my granddaughters 16th birthday. Had particular item in mind Not only did I purchase original sought item but also found additional beautiful item after salesperson made another suggestion.

I was served right away. The Sale Associate was very friendly and made very good recommendations. The store is easy to navigate.

The associate welcomed me as soon as I entered into the school. She listened to me as I explained what I wanted with patience. She was polite and spoke with confidence. In addition, the associate knew all the pandora jewelry by names.

I went in there because of my previous experience with Janet. I'm a thick madame but my wrist are really small and they were not judgmental or didn't make assumptions. Kathleen and Mary were very knowledgeable. They offered to clean the five bracelets and offered me to apply for the store card. They made a wish list for my husband in the event I'm not with him. The overall experience was nice and fun! I travel 25 minutes out of the way even there's one closer. I'm in love with the staff for the first time since owning Pandora.
