Waited too long for salesperson Service was not good Sales people were not very friendly

Hi, the sales person, Kehri, was lovely. Very nice, and clearly knows the product. My issue is with Pandora corporation itself, and the way exchanges/refunds are handled. I purchased a bracelet with charms over the internet for pick-up at the store. When I got there, after looking over the bracelet, some things were amiss (my fault, not anyone else's). The issue: the transaction of completely canceling the old order, and ringing everything up anew despite changing 2 out of 4 things. Logically, the 2 things should have been canceled, and then the 2 new things added on the same bill. But, instead, the whole transaction was canceled, and a completely new one processed. Why? What this caused: I now have 2 over $200 charges in my checking account from you. Not cool around Christmas when I really need the money. Per your website, "Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or by check in approximately 30 business days." Boo-hiss. Amazing how you can charge right away, but not credit right away. Why was this transaction handled in this manner - to appear to be another sale on the books? This policy stinks: could really use this money right now due to COVID-environment.

I went home and 2 charms were missing that I was charged for and paid for. Associate put my bracelet together for me and I’m not sure how she forgot 2 charms given they were scanned and laid out!

The women from the store didn't let me know about pandora rules. Like they can clean my charms or about the survey about the Recive and I can get 10 dollars in my next purchase,

Shaniece C and sales associate that had two black mini nose piercings were working together at 7 pm on 06/28/23 and sales associate with two black mini nose piercings was very rude as soon as me and my partner walked in, sales associate w two black mini nose piercings wasn’t helpful at all when i was asking what i was looking for, answers were very vague and attention wasn’t given to us. she walked away and was talking to Shaniece and other customers and laughing at us because they were making eye contact with us which made us understand that we were being laughed about. I didn’t understand why, so then we walked over to shaniece if she could help us, she was more helpful than the other girl, but still was very off.As soon i stepped out of the store the sales associate with two black mini nose piercings started laughing at us and was making eye contact, which made it very clear that we were the reason she was laughing, her laugh was so loud that it could be heard from outside the store, which was very annoying. i would rather take the commute to go to another store than to visit ur store again. Please go over training again with your sales associate :)

I understand that shops are trying to take precautions against theft, but with that said, the protocols & sales associates attitude of suspicion in this store was off the charts. I was purchasing 2 bracelets with 4 charms each for my son’s’ girlfriends. I spent over $500. I was only allowed to see one tray at a time & only under the glass cabinet. It made it very difficult to make my purchases & the salesperson did not seem very eager to help me. I was personally offended at the attitude & actions of several of the sales associates in the store. In particular there was one salesperson that kept telling the young man who was helping me to keep the tray near him, basically away from me. I finally said something to the rude salesperson & she disappeared to the back room. My advice don’t treat your valuable clients like criminals & maybe they will be loyal to your product & your store. When I shop at Tiffany’s the sales people are so gracious & go out of their way to help you…that is why I am a loyal client there.

I was not satisfied with the “manger’s” attitude in San Mateo Hillsdale shopping center Pandora. She didn’t want to look up my receipt on their system, for me to be able to return my grandmas bracelet. In top of everything she had an attitude.

salesperson Aysha B. No. 221412 was very rude, and unfriendly and could not be bothered to show us the requested charms. She had a terrible attitude and showed n little interest in our purchase. if I didn't want the charm, I would have walked out of store. I will never return to this store and be treated so poorly.

I came in for a return and There was a woman with blonde hair I think her name is Jamie M. The day I walked in to purchase 4 rings she made a comment at the door when I entered and when I returned to return my ring she was not helpful at all. I walked in, when I started I had a return and not a purchase her whole tone changed and did not want to help anymore. The day I purchased the ring I asked for an email receipt, so I tried to use this for my return and she said I couldn't. She kept stating she is unable to return my brand new unworn ring with the receipt. She kept trying to touch my phone to view the receipt that I got on my email. She did not ask permission to touch my phone nor did she stop until I had to ask her for a second time. She then said " well I can't help you if you don't let me touch your phone to see the email" she ended up calling for help and her coworker easily returned the ring for me. Jamie then comes back and hands me the pen that she was just using which is very unsanitary. I asked for a new sanitized pen and she did not like that. I will not return to this store after my $450 purchase which she made me want to go back and return as I no longer support pa

I like to go to the store, I highly recommend Tiffany she is great.
