Wanted to have bracelets cleaned. Unfortunately the service was not available because of the promotion being run. An alternative option was offered but I was not able to take advantage. The sales staff were very apologetic.

The layout of the store is not very well thought. If you want to see the merchandise, you do not have a lot of space. the associate's counter is too small for them to move around. With the people in the store, we felt like we were packed although a lot of space was not used.. My husband could not stand next to me since there was someone on the left and someone on the right.. Bad experience for him.. As French customers, we are used to better experience.

I was making an online return, the sales representative open one of the items (necklace)and started looking closely for about a minute making sure it wasn’t used. Not comfortable the way she made me feel. At the end I couldn’t even make the return because I used the program “after pay” which I get it . But I think it would be better if you scan the receipt first then judge the merchandise . It looks like they don’t like to take returns.
