The associate was very attentive as to what I was looking for.She let me try many items, and I chose one of them to go with my bangle bracelet.She let me know how many items were available to me for my next visit, and offered to clean my charms.I said next visit!! She was the sweetest ,kindest person ever!!

The representative was readily helpful. She asks questions in order to provide suggestions. The place is very clean.

I felt bad for the two ladies working. They had a lot of customers and only two of them. One of the girls was on crutches. I was actually impressed she was there although she seemed to maybe be brand new?

The friendly sales associate seemed to be required to sell credit cards and told me that the pre Black Friday sale was only going to work if I got a Pandora credit card. Only when I told her that I would buy my selections online without a Pandora credit card did she ask if I had an account with Pandora and could I show her proof by logging in. I asked if she could look up my account and was told she couldn't. I don't memorize my Pandora password. Thankfully I was using a Pandora email to try to get to the Pandora site and she asked if that was an email sent by Pandora and realized that to get that email, I had an account and she let me make the purchase. Please don't make sales associates sell credit cards. It is annoying. Offering to open one is okay, but pressuring people to get a credit card is wrong. Lying to people is wrong.
