The store manager was training a new associate and made sure she was providing the best care and knowledge about Pandora merchandise. It was the manager's knowledge about returned items that made the experience Highly satisfying.

It was a new store on the mall and they where not on the map in the first floor, but they had hanging some signs that where easy to follow and find the store fast, specially because I knew the mall closes at 21:00 and it was just some minutes left. When I got to the store even if it was closing time and they where getting ready for the official opening the next day the representant was really nice, she knew the merchandise, she look really happy to get me what I was looking for even if it was closing time, she took time to suggest and show me other pieces, she was so nice that even the friend that was with me decided to buy something for her too. She even offered to put in the right direction some of the charms i had in my bracelet so they looked better. I was really happy with my experience in this store. And hope to come back really soon.
