Very pleasant and knowlegable associates

I’ve never been to a Pandora store before but it was so clean and everyone was friendly. I felt super welcomed and attended to. They helped me pick some things out even though I had no idea what I wanted! Great service overall

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. My transaction was fast. My only issue was the sales associate was not quite familiar with the merchandise. I find this to be the case with associates who are not Pandora lovers/collectors and there just for a job.

The salesperson was very helpful. The salesperson had a lot of patience with me. The salesperson helped me balance my 2 braclets.

Friendliness of the staff was outstanding , they knew the merchandise that they were selling and they also were extremely patient with me while I was extremely indecisive.

Nirvana was fantastic to work with. She has a calm and intelligent demeanor. She was also patient, encouraging and kind. She gave us great recommendations, resulting in us buying more than we intended while having a great experience.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I purchased a charm bracelet. There was so many selections to choose from. There was also so many charms to choose from.
