The service was fast and great. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The lady that took care of me exactly what I was look for and when I had a question she had a great response.

My bangle bracelet was broken and the store manger exchanged it without any problems

I was denied an exchange at another store as they said they did not accept charms that we're final chance ( 3 fairies from sleeping beauty charm that I already had)...problem was my daughter purchased it and was told that she could return it. This store ,where she originally purchased it gladly took it back and I happily made a much larger purchase because of their professional and gracious service!!! This is my new Pandora store for my future purchases!

Alexis was great! She was able to suggest rings when I was lost. She was very patient when I took a long time trying to determine my purchase.

I got help with my experience at the store. I enjoyed shopping around the store and my product was beautiful. I do wish for Pandora to have smaller sizes in rings for all the rings that they sell because it is an inconvenience for those who have skinny fingers and who love the products from Pandora.
