My first visit, I was assisted by MariaJose who was very friendly and patient, I went for a bracelet and she explained to me the safety clips and chain. On my second visit, I went to do a size exchange and this time I was helped by Nicole and Miguel which were also very nice and helped me to change a size and get more items which made me very very happy.
