I actually came in unsure if I wanted to purchase anything. My original plan was to purchase alex and ani bracelets for mothers day. I went in and the sales Rep Caitlin was very helpful, and pleasant to speak too. She showed me what charms went well, and she even had a beautiful sample to show me.

I shopped online first after i received an email. I liked the new feature onlibe, & was happy to be able to learn online that my favorite Pandora store have all the items i wanted. I made the phone call & pick them up after work with a few more selections

The salesperson Domonique was very welcoming and knowledgeable with the merchandise. She made my visit comfortable, inviting and warm. Once she was aware of my time-frame (lunch-hour), I was able to make my purchase in a timely fashion.
