Newport Mall Pandora customer service experience did not disappoint me. I was looking for an item and using the Pandora website I was able to locate the item to Newport Mall. The store was: warm, friendly, and inviting.

The sales force were very attentive and helpful, I was given advise and asked questions that gave them insight as to what I was looking for, and they showed me some suggestions based on my responses. The 2 ladies that helped me made my experience easy, and I didn't feel forced or rushed.

This is my second time at the Newport Centre Pandora Store, both times employees were friendly, efficient, and always available to help. The employees are always knowledgeable, patient with my indecisiveness since I'm fairly new to Pandora charm bracelets, and efficient. I have/would recommend this location to family and friends.

I was greeted by Angelique and told her what I was looking for and she was amazing in assisting me to not only find what i was looking for but at the prices I was more than willing to pay. I had two friends with me and was able to purchase items for them because of the awesome sale items presented to me by Angelique.
