I was buying a charm for my daughter in law and just had a name didnt know what it was and sales rep had all the knowledge of item she was so professional even welcome me to store found the item with no problem and i was out of store very satisfied with the sale service recieve excellent customer service will ask for her again.

The staff was so kind and helpful. They listened and brought charms to my attention that I didn’t know existed. The store was well laid out and I enjoyed my time at the store. They made shopping a breeze.
