The store was clean and following Covid 19 guidelines. They had everything that I wanted in stock. The service was also really fast

Newport Mall Pandora Store have courteous and professional service providers. The Manager and Sales Assistants are patience and friendly. The store had plexiglass partitions that were so clean I almost did not realize they were there.

I was very satisfied with the help I received from the same associates and the variety of options. I was looking for dangle charms for my daughter and the associate (Engely L.) was super helpful and explained everything. I was a little confused about what clips were, but I will definitely be going back to buy some more.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They find what I’m looking for quickly and in general make the shopping experience an excellent one. They treat all guests courteously and make all feel welcome.

Very organized, well taken care of by associates and very neat and clean within the store felt extremely safe while entering the store and leaving it as well

The young lady Rebekah was very friendly to my six friends and I who were visiting from out of state. The store was nice and clean. Rebekah C did a great job accommodating us all.
