I am a customer of Pandora for the pass years never did I had a moment were staff was unattended to be, they were very helpful and polite.

I needed to exchange a damaged pair of earrings. I called in advance and spoke with Emily. I asked if she had the earrings in stock, they did. She put them aside for me and all I had to do is pick them up. Just so happen Emily approached me and remembered me from our telephone conversation. She was very friendly and helpful.

The associate was very helpful, I was in the store & got out quick with the item that I wanted. It was a gift for my sister in law and she loved it!

I always shop Pandora at Newport Centre. Staff are very friendly, helpful, patient and very professional.
