I am highly satisfied because of the sale associate who helped me. She was new so she didn’t have a name tag and I didn’t catch her name. But she was able to look at what I was wearing and offer me items based on my style. I loved her recommendations and she was just the sweetest. 10/10 very satisfied

The sales representative was very caring and understanding of my pick up order situation. The awesome part is that she paired up w/ another colleague and a manager to find a solution to my pick up order cancellation. They went as far as asking me what was I picking up at another store location and checked to see if it was in stock at their store to save me the trip from going to another store. I was highly satisficed with Pandora because my sales clerk was friendly, asked me if I needed anything else besides getting my bracelet clean. Also when i returned to pick up my bracelet sales clerk Emily pointed out that one of the charms on my bracelet would not screw on. Emily fixed fixed it. Before leaving a purchased another charm.

My first ever purchase was yesterday, my boyfriend gotten me a beautiful ring and it was outstanding gorgeous. Unfortunately you guys didn’t have my size of the tear drop rose gold nor the sliver ring but it’s okay i feel in love with another ring. Will be returning very soon ♥️
