Was returning bracket never worn. Sales rep said I could not exchange. However ask for a manager and she assist me.Because there was a tiny tiny piece of hair. Once again never worn and had thirty days to return.. Why because!! Manager realized it was brand new never worn did exchange. Train your sales better

Every time I go in that store I always come out happy, in this particular day I had to buy a few charms for my sisters I was overwhelm in the way these two ladies helped me Leslie and Desiree they went beyond for me they took there time with me, and they always had something new to show me I even tried the grave machine which by the way that is the best thing Pandora did THANK YOU ladies!!! Even the General Manager as busy he was he helped me with one charm I wanted, once again THANK YOU!!!
