The manager searched for an item they didn't have on my first visit. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my order and found out they gifted me the charm I planned to buy with the bracelet they ordered for me. Full disclosure, I shop regularly at this Pandora, & I just completed grad school - it was a personal gift to myself, & that small gesture was unexpected but very much appreciated- truly grateful!
