I was so impressed with the staff, I purchased something else for my special needs son. I originally asked about something for Autism and they told me no they did not have a charm yet. I asked did they have something for men and the salesman showed me that he had on a leather twist bracelet. I think your company should look into Autism Charms and something for men too.

Everyone was so nice. In fact there was a man in the store that did not have a mask on and he starting coughing and sneezed. the 2 workers and i raised our heads and looked. i told the workers i would be back because they were cleaning my bracelet and charms. I cam back and they apologized to me i told them it was not there fault.

I was highly satisfied with pandora because my kids chose charms for their mother for valentines. Also, highly satisfied because the associate was able to find a bracelet that fit my daughter. Very happy for that. My daughter first bracelet is from Pandora.

The moment I enter the store I felt welcome. Alright the store was somewhat busy, everyone there seem cordial and very professional. Including the associate who helped me.

Hailey is the one who take care of me and she really help me thru on everything . She work with high knowledge on what she doing. Very friendly

The sales associate was great. She help me get my girlfriend a great gift for valentines. Something that I think she would love and also very understanding and patience

The staff at the Pandora store in the Newport Centre Mall is friendly, helpful and welcoming. I was assisted by Aileen who was pleasant and helpful.
