I think the sales of this stror need to improve their attitude. Sometimes some of the sales are not nice. They are not pancience to the clients. Some of them just want clients to buy the goods, no asking more questiones. In summary, i do not like the sales in this store.

Very less items for selection I did buy a ring but they did not even give me the box to keep the ring ...and saleswomen was again and again asking me to wear the ring ...but I want the box ...I might return the ring back otherwise

The sales associate was really mean she wouldn’t let me see what charms was available or bracelets. I had to look the book show her what I want for her just to tell me what she doesn’t have it. Her name was Mia

Pandora does not have good customer service at all. I ordered something in store to pick up in store and after 11 days they tell me it's out of stock but if I ordered it myself online it's available.

I went to get a ring and then to sell me they said that they had a ring that was Star Wars theme.. I googled it and it is just a 3 star ⭐️ ring that I ordered. I will call and cancel my order before it comes becuase I understand selling but not lying to make a sale. I sold for years and never did I use deceit in order to sell a product for commission.

I called this specific Jersey City location and spoke to Miguel M who assisted me on the phone stating I could not return an item to this location if I had purchased it at another location. I continued to ask him if they had a certain charm in stock and gave him the serial number and the item description and he assured me they had four of them in stock and was going to put one on hold for me. I came into the store on the same day of this inquiry and upon arriving I was told by another associate that they in fact did not have the item in stock and there was nothing put on hold for me. I was looking to do an even exchange of the charm I purchased not even 24 hours ago because the one I was sold at the Paramus location was in terrible condition and writing on the charm was completely faded, my daughter was the one who pointed it out since one of the charms was for her. I basically came into this Jersey City location for nothing, and the manager didn’t even attest to speaking with me on the phone. This location has terrible costumer service by management who is supposed to supersede their employees. I am a frequent shopper at Pandora and am very disappointed by this experience.

My friend & I women over the age of 45yrs old. Associate asked my friend if she would like to enroll in Pandora card . My friend informed salesperson that her daughter had one. We where the only 2 ppl in the store. My friend made purchase while I was still looking at the charms. Associate said an insulting comment I have to put away the tray in order to prevent theft. We both told her No one going to steal. I told her I was purchasing a present for my granddaughters birthday present. If the taxes wasn't cheaper in NJ.THEY DIDN'T HAVE A CLEANING MACHINE & I had to ask for her to get it from the stock instead of display tray. They all need to be retrained in Customer Service & have patience. I will from now on ALWAYS VISIT THE STORE LOCATED AT THE WORLD TRADE CENTER THESE THE BEST LOCATION CAUSE THEY HAVE PATIENCE PULL OUT ITEMS FROM THE STOCK

There's offer $110 when you spend, bracelet case was to be given. The person in-charge st register didn't bother even as after I mentioned about the offer.
