2nd visit to this location and still the level of customer service is sub-par. Associates always seem pre-occupied and uninterested in engaging. Associate did answer my questions when asked but certainly not the friendliest. Also charm I was looking for looked a lot different online than in person.

After i entered the store and waited for 10 minutes the next sales associate skipped me and begin to help a guy that just came in after me. i looked at her to let her know i was next but she just turned away and proceeded with the next customer. she didn't have a name tag and i tried getting her name but not sure i think it was Nora or something similar that sounds like it. then another five minutes after that someone came and asked if i was being helped and called someone from the back to assist me.

Store was full of people not distancing 6 feet apart and big line for the cashier. Spent more time waiting in line to pay than actually shopping. Totally bad experience.

I’m usually not the person or client to complain. I’m a realtor myself, and I work with people every single day. I work customer service. And it’s the second time I visit a Pandora store and I don’t enjoy my visit. Everything that you guys sell, I really love all your selling items. But your representatives in store, need to let people breathe. I always feel such in a rush for what I’m looking to buy. They are so much on top of you. They focus on the selling point. Instead of the client experience. After telling the sales associate multiple times I was taking my time and I didn’t wanted to go over a budget. She kept offering me and keep selling. Not good. I end up walking away only with one item, definitely not what I had in mind. I was planning to get at least 3 types of rings and some charms for my brand new bracelet. But they were so pushy and focus on the selling that I lost my interest on staying longer at the store. Please guys really pay attention. Customer service is key. It goes different ways.

Long lines to get in. Only 1 person working the register to pay. Reminds me of a McDonald's keep taking people's order and piling up the line.
