Associate needs to cut her nails too long for her to work with to help with bracelet . Knowledge of Pandora charms or bracelets were a bit rusty

There was not enough style in charms

Too many sales associates asking the same questions every step I take inside the store it’s extremely annoying . 10 people repeating the same sales pitch it’s crazy!

I entered the store looking for earrings. I started to look around with them with my boyfriend and when we were finally ready to receive help the associates kept ignoring us due to the fact that we weren’t adults (we are 17 and 16 year olds) We need you waiting for a long period of time.

I felt that the store rep was rude and talking amongst them instead of taking care of the customer also I felt she was trying to get me out of the store fast

Felt like I was being rushed to look for what I wanted. Sales associate had an attitude like if I was bothering him.

The associate seems she did not know the product at all and not well enough to fine the product and have me waiting for a long time. Also, the associated kept providing me other items instead of what I want and desire before offering the items that I chose.
