The sale price was not very satisfactory. There wasn't much difference in the price of the charms I had seen it before.

Need more assistance and knowledge of the charms

Service and store was great. However it would of been great if they had more merchandise in the size I was looking for, there wasn’t so I had very few limited choices.

It was the day before a holiday, the store is very small as it is and the line was out the door (literally). I got to the store and was told to wait for assistance, when I got there- there were not enough merchandise on display, so I purchased a charm that really didn't have sentimental value and I just got something to buy it. Then, I had to go wait in another line just to pay because the kiosk was busy with sales, etc. The line moved quickly, but it's a turn off to see a store so packed like that.

I requested a certain item (marvel bracelet) and the sales associate was not knowledgeable of the stock of the item. She also brought out an item that was 4 sizes too small and presented it to me.

The sales associate seemed like she was not in the mood to give me possible options. I had to mention possibilities to her. Different from other visits

They couldn’t give me a bag for my purchased item they only handed me my product in hand and receipt but the next customer after me had a bag

Your sales people are too pushy. I went in to buy charms and they kept trying to sell me other things

Well i wanted to take advantage of the buy two get one and it was coming up a higher price then it should have camed out
