Maybe it was the crowd but there were two associates in front of me and they ignored me or did not acknowledged me at all! A manager had to come and say, "Are you seeking for help? I'll have someone for you to come and help you." Took a good 15 mins for him to get someone and it took the manager 25 mins to notice that we definitely needed assistance. So I'm not sure if the staff is friendly over there but I bought the item anyway.

Highly satisfied is an overstatement. While I have been collecting Pandora for over five years and have over two hundred pieces, I am always annoyed when I go into a store and the sales people are very aggressive and pushy. I do not like that at all. I know more about the products than the sales people, but, they are always pushing products on me. I shop in the same location (Newport Mall, Jersey City, NJ) all the time and there is never any acknowledgement that I am a regular customer.

I showed up to the store at around 8:25 to buy a charm. As I was talking to the person working there I asked her if they could clean my bracelet in the meantime. She turned to the manager to ask him and the manager said no because it takes longer than an hour to clean it and they were about to close.

No me gustó al final cuando hice la compra, mi hija pidió una bolsa extra para que le separara lo que Ella compró con lo mío y la Muchacha que nos atendió le dio una bolsa usada sucia y de mal gana y eso no me gustó.

I feel like there could be more sales on jewelry to have more in store sales. And have nicer managers. The one person that claim to be a manager was very rude and nasty. I work in retail as well which is why I’m not calling corporate.

the charms we like were too expensive
