The woman in the store don’t want give me the box’s for the ring and necklace and when I’m at home I saw only one box. More careful about this thanks.

I bought a gold crown ring and just a week the back of it turned silver already for just a week.

The staff was very helpful and they did everything they could to help me find what I need, even if it wasn't in their stores. They were very patient with me (and all my questions) being as it was the first time I had ever been at a Pandora store. They conducted themselves like professionals but were also friendly.

Associates are not aware of what we clients are looking for i.e. clients looking at charms should not be asked what ring size or style of ring. No eye contact is disrespectful. Lounging around associates should be sent home.

They had the thing I need it. They are very nice to all there customers. I love the store it clean and beautiful.

The sales associate was not familiar with the products and did not get to know me as a long time purchaser of Pandora items. I am always offended by that. She only seemed interested in pushing products on me instead of getting to know what I would like.

I was not highly satisfied because I was not able to use my military discount due to my purchase of a ring. I don’t think its fair that you can use it with any purchase other than rings.
