I was not highly satisfied because I was the only customer in the store. It wasn’t busy so I received excellent customer service because they were standing around waiting to make a sale. They were warm and friendly but had an issue finding one of the charms within the catalog

Most of the items I was looking for were out of stock.

This location does not have IPads for check out, which would make the experience faster. The employees are still writing out paper receipts.

A charm I wanted was not in stock.

The two Iteams weren’t available on the size that I wanted it but they order it online for me so I’m happily satisfied now :)
