I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience in the Newport Mall as the sales staff were very attentive and acknowledged me once I walked in. the atmosphere was friendly and everyone was willing to help. The story was busy at the time and my wait was less than one minute.

Too difficult to find the price for everything I like

I came back to ask an employee if I can clean my jewelry, and she rudely responded that it would take 2-3 hours, as if she didn’t want to clean it for me. It was 2 rings.

1/ The pieces I preferred had been out of stock 2/ Not many elegant models 3/ Mostly cute charms & pendants

i was not highly satisfied with my purchase just because i think they should provide half sizes like i am a 5 1/2 but i could only size up or down so stuck with 6 which is a tiny bit loose
