The merchandise that I came in to buy was in stock, the sales person(s), were very very pleasant, I enjoyed my visit. The prices were right for my pockets. The store was very well cleaned and the staff looked very professional. I will be returning to continue my Holiday shopping.

We were in New Jersey (from Ohio) for the President's Cup. The sales staff needs to be commended for their OUTSTANDING help. We were having issues traveling to NYC via the "PATH" system, and 2 of the girls walked us to the train station and showed us how to buy tickets and travel back and forth - all while they were on their personal breaks!!! Salesperson Alondra knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the store. The variety and quality of merchandise does not compare. My family is a long time Pandora's customers. Any occasion we just go to pandora and make everyone happy.
