I was looking for a present, but was unsure about what to get. At first I had settled on a charm I was not really satisfied with, but one of the associates (Lexy) introduced me to a limited edition holiday charm that was encased in an ornament. It was terrific, and I was gratefully willing to pay more to have it. Thank you Lexy for helping me make someone else’s Christmas.
