They helped me with the correct sizing of my bracelet. I received an size 18 for Christmas gift in rose gold. I exchanged it for the sterling silver with the rose gold pave heart. I thought the size 18 fit good, but they informed me that eventually with the charms added the bracelet will expand and size 18 might get too big on me, that size 17 fits better. they even allowed me to try on an employee's size 17, that was full with charms, to show me what they were explaining to me

Every time I go to the pandora store, the sales reps are kind and helpful.
