As soon as I entered Pandora, Lexy immidiately approached me and asked if I needed assistance. She proceeded to introduce me to all of their Valentines Day sets, and I loved all of them! When I asked Lexy to show me charms and rings, she walked me to the sections they were in. She was very kind and answered all of my questions with full detail.

I came back to take advantage of the sale & also to buy more pieces for something I've designed. It's the DIY feature of Pandora pieces that makes me come back - & the excellent customer service I experience whenever I visit

The friendliness of the staff - regardless of how busy they are they always take care of the customer first.
