In all fairness, they were already busy early in the morning so I waited a bit to be helped. I was acknowledged right away, & as soon as someone was available I was helped. All the items I wanted to buy were in stock. I also saw additional items not on my list. I bought a Pandora shine charm because of its sentimental value. Although I have to say, since I own some Pandora gold & other gold jewelry, the color is too yellow. I love the Pandora Rose, & was happy to see new styles, some of which I added to my purchase
