The store manager Chris. He went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with my purchase. Pandora stores should hire more managers like him. I will definitely visit Newport again just because of his great customer service. Thank you chris.

Tiffany was very patient and understanding. I was shopping for someone else so I know how annoying it must have been to have to wait there but she was very helpful and understanding. She offered the credit card which I definitely did not want (wasn’t necessary for me), but great effort. Overall quick and easy experience.
