The service and the sales associates were amazing

I am a Pandora addict. Jvon was my sales associate. He went above and beyond to find what I like. The Newport, Jersey City NJ store has a great staff. They are always friendly and ready to help. The only thing I can mention as a 'complaint' is that the store is extremely noisy. I think the location near an escalator is partly to blame. I find it hard to shop in these conditions because I have some hearing loss and I also hate shouting....other than that, I spent a good deal of monet and I am happy with my purchase!

it's a personal tradition for me to buy a new bracelet for my birthday and I found the one at Pandora. Engely, Chris and the staff are always welcoming - love coming to the store
