Visited the Pandora at the Bay Plaza mall during my lunch break. Store had 5 sales associates and 5 customers, yet customers had to wait on a line outside the store until called in by a sales associate. When I arrived I had 3 people ahead of me and waited on line for 20 minutes before being called in. As soon as I reached the sales associate I expressed my frustration of having to wait for so long on a line during my lunch break, the answer was since we are in the Bronx, that is the only way to have things in order. So not only was I waiting so long, but now I felt I had to rush to pick something since the sales associate was just standing there watching me as I tried to browse the displays, never the less he did mention there was a sale of 40% off and guided me to that section. Pandora for having such a beautiful display and an abundance of merchandise there is no reason to have to wait and then have a guard dog waiting til you decide. Worst way to "keep things in order in a BRONX STORE"!!! And if having a pandora in the bronx is an issue, then maybe it should not be in BAY PLAZA MALL! DISGUSTED WITH TODAYS RESPONSE FOR A NEW STUPID POLICY!

The sales person was blah , very pushy none energetic wanted to sell me what she liked not what I wanted told me the merch I wanted wasn’t available in my size n I checked online today ant it is in stock her vibe was off . I’m going to call today to see if Kimberly is in I love dealing with her .

It was at the Woodbury Commons Pandora Outlet. The representative told me I messed up her day because nobody had bought anything so far and I only came for a return.

I checked on line for product availability which stated in stock got to the store out of stock . The assistant Manager had very little knowledge , the store manager addressed me as My Love how unprofessional!Took over a hour to service me …….

I was in the line outside for more that a hour an when it my time a customer come in from of us an telling the sale person that they where next an I tell her we are next an she did listen to me an put them in because they were Spanish just like her an that was not good of her I will not go back to bay plaza mall

It's unbelievable it u purchase an item and it's damaged there's nothing that can be done no repair no exchange not even a percentage off of any item off your choice I have spent thousands of dollars in your store on gifts and items for my self very disappointed about broken & return purchased

I was taking off the very long line to see the sales agent in the front. She, got my order and had a very bad attitude, I had a charm on my bracelet that wasn’t closing, I brought it to her attention how can it be fixed her response was very dismissive and her attitude was absolutely not fit to be working in customer care. The charm I purchased needed to be placed on my bracelet and I asked her to do so, she then told me the charm was not for my bracelet and In order to return it, I have to rejoin the extremely long line. At this point, I was very disappointed in the service and the bad attitude I was receiving. As a frequent shopper of the pandora store, I never received such bad experience before.ultimately after been on the line for an hour, I was able to return the charm and spoke with the manager about the saleswoman attitude and behavior. She apologized to me and promised she will have a talk with her. I hope she doesn’t treat anyone else like this.
